Immunization Screen Missing

PROBLEM

Hello, I would like to add immunization dates for several students, but the immunization form does not offer me a submit button. Can you help me out with that? Thanks!

SOLUTION

PowerSchool didn't have any immunization or health screens early on so people made their own. They have since created the health screens. I've imported data from our old immunization screen to the new health section. The immunization screen is still available just so you can see what you did have in there. From here on out, this will all be entered in the health screens.
