Change a Teacher's Username or Password

Change or Reset a Staff Member's Username or Password

Site admins can change staff login information in case of marriage or forgotten passwords.

  1. From the start page click the Staff tab and find the person. Staff Profile> Account Access and Affiliations.
  2. Edit the username and/or password and click submit.
  3. If you are adding the ability to log into the admin portion of PowerSchool to a teacher, you will need to enter a support ticket and describe what kind of access that user needs before that teacher uses the admin account.

Changing the staff member's name is done at Staff Profile> Demographics.
