International Students

International students have become an important part of our school ministries - especially high schools.

Understanding the data collected on this page will help you be able to make most efficient use of the international information collected.

Select an international student and then navigate to More > International Students.

Start with the International check box.  Make sure all of your international students have this box checked.  Searching for those students becomes easy.  Just type international =1 in the search box on the start page to select these students. The Visa type and SEVIS numbers can also be entered here.

The Local Address section refers to the host family information. Notice the where how this data propagates from other pages. Change it once here and those changes will cascade to the other pages. Schools not utilizing host families may have no information entered in this section.

The Permanent Address section is the home address information in the student's home country. A special mailing address label has been prepared for these more complex addresses. 

The Agency Information section allows schools using agencies to enter the information here. At this point there is no auto-fill to enter the same information for several students.  Some browsers, like Firefox, will cache entries from forms to make data entry a little easier.
